Viva! TV Recipe competition

nominate your Dad for the Macho Man Challenge

What a lucky dad you have! Not only will you be cooking him a delicious veggie meal to celebrate his wonder, you’re also trying to win him some special Father’s Day presents from Viva!. By nominating your dad for the Macho Man Challenge, you are promising to cook for him a delicious compassionate veggie meal, and by doing this you are both in with the chance to win some great prizes. All you have to do is tell us why you want your dad to go veggie, and why he deserves a special Father’s Day present from Viva!.

We’ll contact your dad after Father’s Day to ask what he thought of your mouth-watering lip-smacking super-healthy home-cooked meal! You can cook him the Viva! veggie sausage casserole or chilli non carne – or your own concoction (let us know what it is.) If we think your meal sounds the best, you will win a goodie bag of Viva! prizes worth £25 and your dad will receive an amazing Viva! rucksack made from eight recycled two litre plastic bottles (worth £22) and sexy Viva! boxer shorts (worth £11) for being such a fabulous Dad! All you have to do is fill in the form below
