My Surprise
Moni, 11 from London
My friend came to me one day,
And asked if I was still a veggie,
So I replied very proud inside,
Yes I am and there’s nothing you can do,
Every week she came up to me,
She seemed to be quite keen,
To attempt to pursued,
In every way,
To change the choices that I choose in my life!
I met a friend in the park,
She said that in the past,
She had been a veggie,
Which simply made me ask,
What made eat meat once more?
I couldn’t resist said my friend,
But thanks to me in the end,
She bought a substitution,
And ate not a single piece of meat in her life ever again!
I have a lot of friends,
Who decide there is nothing best,
Than to eat the insides of what was once alive,
And what a surprise,
They wonder why meat is so ‘yummy’,
Then when they discover the truth,
Their mouths fall loose,
And everyone is happy again!
