Fill in this form if you would like an entry on the Viva! Pen Pals list. The snail mail service is for people who like to write and receive letters the old fashioned way by post and on paper (this service is only available to UK residents). Please note for both services:

• You must be under 18 years old.
• All fields of the form must be filled in fully for our confidential records but those marked with * will not be made public. Incorrectly completed forms may not be considered for the list.
• Viva! reserves the right not to include any inappropriate submissions of this form, including any without an authentic address.
• All accepted pen pals will be added to the internet list immediately. On top of this those who wish to be contacted by post will have their message added to the next hard copy of the Viva! Pen Pals list which is printed off every couple of months.
